What language will be spoken during the retreat?
We speak both English and Dutch. Depending on the group composition we will choose one or both. You can choose what language you prefer to speak.

What to bring?
You will get an e-mail with all necessary information from us so that you can prepare accordingly.
How can I get there?
The amazing spiritual centre is located in the beautiful Vondelpark. Easy to access by public transport and bike.
I really want to join, but how can I avoid overwhelm?
Our clients and groups are filled with HSP and we are HSP ourselves. We are known for our grounded and balanced guidance. During the retreat we will feel into what is present in our circle and adapt where needed. We also check in regularly with everybody’s needs and we always make sure there is time to rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation please send us an email. Cancellation before June 1: 100% refund of your ticket.
Cancellations between 1 – 15 June: 50% refund of your ticket. Cancellation after 15 June: no refund applicable.
