Welcome to your July Energy update! How are you doing?

What is happening in nature?

This month Nature is in full peak of her power. She goes from survival (blossoms to attract bees and insects for fertilisation) to securing existence: the ripening of seeds and fruits.

This month we often are more in doing mode (yang-time), fed by the energy of the sun and the beauty of nature. We go out more and connect with others.

It is definitely time to celebrate. And it is also important to take a rest and take time to go within. To rebalance after being in the doing mode, but also to make space for the ripening, your growth and development. As that is what is going on inside of us and during the yin-time (rest time). During yin-time we can experience the harvest, the results of what we did in yang-time (doing).
